Cooked Smoked Sausages are the most common type in US. Can be made from emulsion, or ground or minced meat. Is cooked and then smoked or smoked during cooking. Keeps well when vacuum packed and has long refrigerated life. Examples of cooked smoked sausages are: Frankfurter, Hotdog, Vienna, Cocktail, Bologna and dinner sausage.
